Oncontact CRM is totally modifiable. The contents of the database can be modified to suit your organisation by additional tables and columns as is required. All screens are modifiable in addition to being able to design workflows. Add to this the ability to integrate to other databases used in your other applications this makes Oncontact incredibly flexible.

To modify or create additional screens the Customizer tool is used.                To modify , delete or create your own codes use the Administrator Tool

To create workflow and/or add your own code use the Navigator tool.        Note: All these tools are standard with Oncontact's CRM.
