IT Expectations
IT Expectations was formed to service the needs of On!Contact users in Australia. Having been part of the original team which introduced this CRM (Customer Relationship Management) package to Australia in 1997 it seemed appropriate to eventually create an organisation which was not only dedicated to those customers but also always looking to expand the range of products which would be compatible with On!Contact in helping those customers to achieve excellence in building their customer relationships.
On!Contact is consistently winning awards for their CRM and SFA (Sales Force Automation) capabilities. There are currently two major offerings. These being CMS which is a client/server solution and eCMS which is a web enabled solution. Details of these solutions can be found on the Products page.
